I installed the software but the laser isn’t firing, I can turn off each laser individually with a button on the side of the machine so only the one I want to use fires, however the heads are moving but no2 head (which is the one I want to use) is not firing. Can anyone shed any light on the problem? It works with RD Works, so not sure if its a dual laser software problem
Thanks for the post Lee. Support for dual-tube Ruida systems continues and is work in progress, but has not been released externally. This is why you are not able to control the firing of the second tube.
