I have upgraded the LightBurn software and now the laser will not fire on my Snapmaker A350. I am a novice at this, and so don’t really have any experience with G-Code. The laser will fire using Luban. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sometimes an upgrade will toggle some settings. Review everything in your settings and question everything you do not understand.
Does the Fire button in the Move window work?
Does it Frame properly?
