Laser not firing when inline mode. When in M3/M5 mode laser fires briefly at the begining of the line

Hi,

I just purchased and installed Lightburn 1.0.01. The configuration I have is Arduino Mega 2560 + RAMPS 1.4 + Marlin 2.0. It appears that the laser can be controlled directly from Marlin 2.0. Through Lightburn I can turn it on and off by issuing M3 and M5 codes. Whet trying to cut if Lightburn is in M3/M5 mode the laser will just briefly fire at the beginning of each line. When in “inline” mode the laser will not fire at all. The configuration in Marlin is set to LASER_POWER_INLINE mode. Can anyone help with the solution for this issue?
