Laser Offset Not "Offsetting"

I installed a red pointer on my Atomstack X7. It is 42mm ahead of the laser head in the Y Direction. I have the “Laser Offset” checked off in Device Settings with a -42mm offset, however it is not Offsetting. At least not when framing. I could swear it used to frame properly with the offset engaged. I’m going to put a scrap piece under the laser and run the program to see if it is just a framing issue. I read past messages and someone else had this problem but the topic was closed. Is this a known issue? Is something else amiss?

Just an addition to this. I did test this last night. Framing does not use your offset value. Is there any way this can be fixed? I have a laser pointer and I need to use the offset, but because the offset doesn’t work when framing, the framing feature is useless.
