When I run a piece on the laser (Fiber) it engraves well. If I place another object to engrave in a batch (one after another) the laser operates at about 30% power as apposed to 80% or whatever I had. The only way to correct this is to right click on devices, let it reload and then hit start. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 r clicks on devices to get it to work. Help!
Theoretically this just re-connects the communications port… So I’d think you should look at areas like the usb cables/connections…

I swapped the cable, tried a difft port also. Perhaps the connection in the machine itself is corrupted? Frustrating.
My usb connection on the machine wasn’t mounted correctly and I had to secure it make a good connection… that was at the galvo end of the usb…
It was physically lose…
There isn’t a lot of user controlled parts on this to make it do that… so I’m wondering what’s going on…
