Laser says busy and will not connect but it connects to LaserGRBL

I have no problem connecting to LaserGRBL but can not connect to lightburn. I have tried all the solutions that I have seen online but nothing works

Did you close lasergrbl?

Did you toggle the DTR Signal option?

Can you tells what you see when it does not connect? Maybe a screen shot of the Laser and Console windows would help.
