Has anybody had the laser start burning image when framing? I am new to this laser. It framed fine with monoports program. I am sure i setup something wrong.
Are you sure that’s enabled in the device settings? Since you can’t see the output of the source, they have an led that illuminates. Sometimes that needs to be turned on in your device settings.
Did you load the markcfg7 configuration file that came with your machine when you created the device?
On mine, it here in the supplied memory stick…
