Sorry if this is not the correct place to ask this.
My S9 laser is often stopping before completing an etching/engraving design. Sometimes it stops in one spot with the laser continuing to burn but won’t let me pause or resume it.
Sometimes it freezes with the laser turned off and won’t respond to pause or resume.
