Laser tree 40wt used with a ortur lm3

Hi I hope you can help.please.
Ok so I have a ortour Lm3 . I replaced my ortur 40wt module to a Laser tree 40wt module . Followed the introductions on how to install

. Then the problem started with the machine stopping in the same place every time . Now it has stopped working in the lower part of the area on the ortur laser machine .I contacted Laser tree they tried to correct the problem . Ended up losing some work area. But it still stopped in the same area..bottom right hand corner.Updated the softwear and Still no joy. Put a error code from lightburn forum still no joy. But now will not work in the bottom part of the work area after putting in the error code from the forum…
.
Contacted ortur a week ago also sent a video. Followed the video to reset laser frame and software No joy. still no reply from ortur…
I have attached a short video ..

When the machine stops, do you see any errors or alarms in the Console Window?

Did you add a Laser Offset? Y-21mm?

While that ensures that the red crosshairs used for framing stay aligned with the actual cut, it comes with the cost of losing the ability to position any part of the job in the first 21mm at the front of the machine - otherwise you would see:

ALARM:2
G-code motion target exceeds machine travel

In newer LightBurn versions you could create a template with a guideline to help you avoid this area:

Or you could disable that Y axis laser offset and ignore the red framing crosshair laser - but you will get the front space back.
