Ortur Laser Master 2 20w

So I have been having this problem for a few days now. Every time that I start a project the program will not complete it. As you can see in one of the pictures that the two images are were it stopped. If I restart after it stops it will go a little further a long but then stop before completion I guess it’s in Gbrl and I read that light burn doesn’t like double zeros but I don’t know how to change that. I’m a newbie to all this but willing to learn. The photos I have are all after the project stopped.

When it says “stream completed” like that, followed by “homing”, it means that the device disconnected. This is usually caused by a loose USB connection, poor cable, USB cable too long, running too close to motor wires, USB ports going to sleep, or something else along those lines.
