I have been running the the same laser with light-burn Fox Alien Raiser for 3+ years and no problem. Now it will not connect tried different cables and usb ports, it didn’t help downloaded drivers in case they were updated running win 11. I did try a new device profile calling it something else but set up the same and it did connect but would not fire laser correctly or frame with the laser and the power seems to way off. I would rather not go through all the process of tweeking the profile and get the origanel working agine.
As a start create a new device:

checked all the settings and everything is as it should be nothing has changed from original settings that have worked for years.
You may need the .lbdev file for your laser.
If you did not save the profile (.lbzip file), then you likely do not have the “original” profile. @parsec provided just about everything related, so it appears there is no shortcut to a solution.
