Please review this post. Check the conditions that you should meet listed in the post. If this doesn’t address the issue then indicate what you’re attempting to do, what you’re expecting to happen, and what’s happening instead.
I meet all those conditions listed. My laser was working great until this last simple sign burn. I did not have the power high enough for the burn I needed. I adjusted the power (to the normal power I use for that wood and have done a hundred times). I rehomed and clicked start but it gave me the above message. I updated firmware, RST=*, and nothing has changed.
Can you upload the .lbrn file that caused the issue?
You are using “User Origin” as the Start From mode in Laser Window. Is that deliberate? If not, what happens if you change it to Absolute Coords?
That was me trying to mess with it after it stopped working. It wont work either way. Still get the same error
