I received purchased Comgrow Z1 10w laser the other day and ran into several issues while setting it up. The only issue I have not been able to solve is that the laser does not turn on. I’ve tried unplugging and re-plugging the connections as well as running it at 100%, but still no light from the laser head. I’m still waiting on the tech team, but they have been fairly slow at replying so I was wondering if you had any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue.
