Everything you have posted here seems to be in order except the Alarm 2.
In the Console window type the following:
$#
then press enter. Please copy and paste that into a reply here as we may see a coordinate offset.
The other possibility in my mind is that overscan may contribute to the motion target being exceeded. Click the Preview icon in the tool bar (it looks like a monitor) and screen-capture the Preview so we can see what the planner is planning.
