Last week both of my lasers needed way more power to run. I think it is something with the software. Is there anything i can check? Also says my console is still loading
There is no console for the Ruida in Lightburn … is that what you’re referencing?
Are you having trouble cutting or just engraving?
A bit of history on the failure would help. These are pretty dependable controllers and I don’t know what kind of software change would have this effect.
