Everything is working as expected, already dialed machine in with the new CH3d laserboard. My issue is only when running Calibrate Camera Alignment. The motors grind and the burn images start randomly in different positions. The motors have odd harmonics, and I can’t get through the camera Calibration.
But otherwise everything is working very smoothly and perfectly. Its been running for 30hrs of burn time already. This one issue is keeping me from being able to use the Lightburn camera.

Dm542T dual Y external drivers splitting signal from board to ea external driver.
X axis and Z axis running from board driver
Anyone else have this issue? Am I the only one?
