Layer should fill and then outline

Hello,
I am hoping that someone can give me an idea about what is happening in these images. This file has been working just fine then all of a sudden this has started happening.

You have a mechanical failure. A set screw on a pulley is letting the X axis stagger and the laser is losing its place.

Excess speed makes the problem worse.
