Layers wobbling only in center, begins clear / doubles / then clear again -

When engraving a layer using fill containing text and symbols the print begins sharp but then begins to double as if going through a lens in the center.

I did round the text in the layer but that was before the symbols were added.

The image layer also has the same issue. It begins clear on the edges and then gets progressively distorted towards the middle and then gets clear again on the edges.

The oval which is set to line does not do this.

The wood is level - I am guessing it is something with this specific layer?

Also this prints in one pass it is not a double pass and can confirm the belts are tight.

I have uploaded the settings for both the image and the text / symbol layers.

I think it is not LightBurn … try making a simple cut of a 10x10mm square right at the point where the distortion is greatest … if you see the cut (or engraving) with a double line again … your mirrors do not They are well aligned, or your machine needs an adjustment …

I would totally agree with however it is not a consistent issue across the entire print. If it was the machine the issue would be consistent and not constrained to the center of the prints. It looks like it it’s printing the image through bubble?

The edges are crystal clear regardless of size or placement.

If it was the mirror wouldn’t the entire image be distorted as it would emit a double beam throughout the entire image.
