Hi folks 
I encountered a strange problem with layout behaviour.
I can’t move windows from one panel to the other, they just don’t snap in place.
Only think that I can do is to double-click them, but after that, they snap into random place.
Layout reset doesn’t work nor starting LB with SHIFT key.
Is there a magic trick ? Or I’ll be forced to clean install?

You’re moving too quickly. Grab the window, move the arrow placement and hover over the center of the pane that you want to snap to. Once it turns blue, then release mouse button.

A thought for a developer: maybe it’d be nice to lift a speed restriction on Layout?
When I’m moving a window I know what I want to do…

EDIT: I just checked with my other laptop (which has a SSD instead HDD), and there clipping action is ultra fast. So it means that I just forgot how slow HDD’s are
Nice. I think there is a deliberate pause because you don’t want layout getting wonky every time you want to move a window a little. Every design decision will have an impact of some kind.
