I love that dog bone corners are available in MillMage. Can we get them in Lightburn too?
Where I need dogbone corners, mainly with a fixture, I just drop a circle on the corner and Scissors Tool it.
Interesting question. Dogbone in CNC milling is to permit square corners to fit an interior rectangle hole (or other shape). If I laser cut a rectangle from a piece of wood, the hole and part both have square corners. Can you tell us why it would be needed with a laser?
I didn’t stop to think about my corners. I had been working in MillMage for the last several months and switched to LightBurn for a small project but couldn’t get dog bone corners. The design was way too large to scissor cut that many circles.
