Does anyone know
why lightburn would skip a few items when burning? See the Image below.
There should be cutouts towards the bottom there like the rest of the design
thx
What laser was this for? Did LightBurn actually indicate that the job was complete? Seems to me like the job may have gotten interrupted and never actually completed.
If not that, are the missing shapes on a layer set for output? Did you have “Cut selected graphics” selected but missed the selection of those shapes? Did they show-up in Preview?
Outside of that it looks like you have some issue with missing steps or possibly a communications issue. I can see that some of the shapes did not get burned correctly. Perhaps related to the missing shapes.
The job was completed. It is a Sculpfun S9. I believe that the layers are on one layer but I will double-check this. It goes on to complete the additional items not shown in the picture to the right. I do not have cut selected enabled. I do have a habit of keeping other graphics off to the side so I will move it to a clean file and see if this helps. What do you mean by not burned correctly? Other than the missing holes the pieces are just fine and fall out with a tap. Thanks
It may just have appeared that way in the photo but thought, for example, that these parts were miscut.
I agree to PY, those look a little weird. If those cuts should be that way, make sure your mechanics is running smoothly and that no cable or hose is keeping the head from moving.
