Lens Calibration Issue with 9-Point Adjustment

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with calibrating my lens using the 9-point adjustment in LightBurn. Despite multiple attempts, I can’t get a perfect alignment.

:arrow_right: Observed issue:

  • A 50x50 mm square is accurate.
  • A 50x50 mm circle appears correct at the center, but at the outer edges (in the corners), it stretches to 50.5 mm.
  • The smaller the shapes, the more the discrepancy increases: for example, a 30 mm square becomes 31 mm.
  • I also have the same issue with my 250 lens, although the effect is slightly less pronounced.

:pushpin: My questions:

  • Is there a calibration method with more than 9 points for a more precise adjustment?
  • Do you have any advice or specific settings to adjust to eliminate this distortion?

I am attaching images along with my current settings. Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Teddy
