Lens light doesn’t light up, F1 button doesn’t work. Does anyone know how to solve it?

What kind of computer?
Which version of LightBurn?
Do you see evidence of communication in the Console window in LightBurn?
Which software did the Galvo ship with? (EZCAD2 or SEACAD)?
Is other software running and connected to the laser (preventing LightBurn from connecting)?
Tell us more about the Galvo laser as well.
