If I turn the speed down to 10 the letters look ok. Anything faster and the letters look bad. Any ideas?
“OK” and “bad” are not very detailed descriptions of what’s happening. Some pictures of what’s happening and what you’re expecting would be a good start.
That looks like your lens is loose in the lens tube, or you have a very loose mirror or belt somewhere. Something is wobbling badly when the machine moves, so check everything the beam touches to make sure it’s snug.
Thanks for the info. It was a loose lens. This is a brand new laser so it was shipped that way.
