I paid for a license key but I didn’t get it, help

I’m looking into it, I see you’ve already contacted Support@lightBurnsoftware.com

I see the error, the email address used for the shopping site is different from the address you used for the forum and the address you used to email support. This is outside what I normally do, so I am asking if there is a specific way this needs to be addressed.
