Licence key renewal shut out

help-I bought a key 12 months ago and have been extremely happy with the software-- now I am shut out of LIGHTBURN, says expired…
All I want is to get it working again

The key expiring only affects the ability to get upgrades. It does not affect your ability to use versions of LightBurn that were released within your upgrade period.

Are you looking to upgrade or to just use LightBurn? And can you further describe what you’re experiencing? A screenshot would be useful.
