Licence seats dont see to reset

I have 24 seat licence and it does not see that the seats reset. I got message to say all licence are used.

So when i look it has 23 activations. I thought activation droped off if seat was not loged in.

Do you have a fixed license or a floating license? Only floating licenses auto-drop. If you email us at support at LightBurnSoftware with the license key, we can check this.
