License data forgotten on reboot

Lightburn version 0.9.16
Windows 10 Home, connected to the internet.

I have paid for a license and it has been running fine until recently. Now when I restart the PC, Lightburn reverts to the trial license and I have to re-enter the purchased license number.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Giving this topic a bump - anyone having similar issues?

We have seen Windows Update change things just enough to cause the fingerprint to fail when checking in with our license servers. Looking into our systems using the email used in your forum profile shows you have allocated both seats on what appears to be the same computer. I see 2 entries with the exact same computer name.

Deactivate those and start over, assign the key once to each computer system you want to run LightBurn and you should be set.

Let us know if you have difficulties sorting on your end and we can clear these systems from here.
