Hi, I need to renew my license, 4 months ago I paid an additional $30 for the ability to run my CO2 laser. Well now my license is up and It is asking me for $60 to renew. It does not seem fair that I have to pay again for something I was only given 4 months access to, even though I paid for 12 months. There should have been a prorated rate somewhere. Anyone had to deal with this?
Four months ago, if you added the ability to use your DSP device to your license, it would have been $60. This is the cost difference between buying the GCODE only version and the DSP version. $60 and $120 respectively. This simply adds the ability to use the DSP controllers to your existing license, and does not extend your access to updates as clearly stated on the page where you purchased the upgrade:
