License issue on computer

I purchased Lightburn 2 days ago when my trial ended. I received the activation code and after it loaded an updated version it worked fine. Today I open the app and it said my trial ended and I must purchase to continue. I tried putting in the code again and it says it’s invalid. Help

I see one of the 2 standard seats allocated at present, so you should be able to enter the exact key on a new install and have that work. Use your OS copy and paste (ctrl-c for copy and ctrl-v for paste) to ensure the key is correctly entered. Additionally, you can manage the allocation directly yourself using the License Management Portal.
