License issues cannot activate

I cannot get my software to activate on my second PC. It tells me that I have exceeded my license. I cannot log into the license portal, nor has support responded to my direct email. please advise

I see you were interacting with our support team via email this last Friday, 18th around 8:30pm EST and got things resolved. :slight_smile:

I was able to deactivate my office desktop computer and activate on my tablet. However, I have not had a chance to attempt reactivating my desktop. It is my understanding that I am allowed two computers to be active simultaneously, correct? I will attempt as soon as my schedule permits. Thank you for the follow up. I have enjoyed working with your excellent software thus far!
