License issues lost but recovered

Thank you for having the license portal, my laptop lost it’s lic after an update but I was able to recover even if I had to use 1 of the 10 deactivation this soon.

Glad the portal is being useful. We pushed our license system provider to add the ability for users to manage their own activations and deactivations in the portal. This functionality did not exist at first, it was view only.

There’s no hard and fast rule about this, we can always help you out in the future, the limits are simply there to prevent abuse.

For example, someone that changes computers daily… would be a very different conversation.

Thanks for the info that is kinda what I was hoping, as I use LightBurn more and more I don’t know what I would do with out it. I am so happy that topwisdom functionality was added, as a hobbiest your software makes things so much easier to use my machine. Thank you…
