I have had to replace my laptop. I deactivated the license key for the old one and reinstalled on the new one. I have tried to log in to my account and it’s telling me that no account is found using my email address. Thanks, Brandi
Inquiries such as these are best handled by sending an email to support at lightburnsoftware dot com The reason is that they will need personal info such as the email used and the license key to help you and those should not be posted on the public forum.
