I updated my key to include a 50 watt CO laser. Instruction were to de activate the key and add in the new key sent to me. After doing that all my files are inverted and mirrored.
What can i do to correct this?

It won’t be the key, but the device origin. CO2 systems are usually rear-left or rear-right origin, and diodes or galvo devices use front-left. The different origin setting is what causes the files to flip.
You can usually just load the file, select the content and press ‘H’ or ‘V’ to mirror it horizontally or vertically. Is that what’s happening?
(It’s on our todo list to present this as an option when you load a file, but we don’t want to just do it for you automatically, because it will actually alter the file a little)

Thank you for info. What i found was i need to delete my diode laser and we add it.
Still checking things but the diode machine is working better now.
