License key issues

So my computer crashed and I go to enter my product key it accepts it but I can no longer control my laser. I tried to do a license renew and go to sign in with the same email and password the same I used to sign in here and it says they have no record of my email. How can I fix this?

I had to reset my password to get my product key and they actually emailed a reset link to me so I don’t get how they wouldn’t recognize my email.

Please explain this. What exactly have you tried and what results did you observe. Help us to “see” what is happening, or not, on your end. You can use pictures to help as well.
