I upgraded my license key from diode Laser to pro for fiber laser but it has been 3-days the software can’t pick it up ,it is still telling
me that I still have an old version of license key tried to email the company still nothing no human response so frustrating after my $100 is gone am stuck no work.
Did you email Support@LightburnSoftware.com with your issue? When waiting for a reply, remember there are time zones in play.

From what I’ve seen on the forum, they usually don’t take more than 24 hours to respond.
Insisting “many times” over three days is not, in my view, the most correct approach. I would give them time to analyze what is happening so that they can then give a definitive answer instead of those “Please wait, we are dealing with your issue” type of responses.
I understand that it’s your money that’s at stake, but the team has something far more valuable to defend: its name.
But that’s just my opinion.

I found your support tickets, and we have sent replies; they might be filtered or in your spam folder, so please check.
I can also confirm that your license key is now Pro. You might need to fully close LightBurn and then reopen it for the upgrade to take.
Also, just fyi, as I am sure you are aware, your key is valid, and is pro but has expired for updates newer than version 1.6.03. You can download that here:
