We’re a company that supplies Lightburn alongside our Lasers.
In the last hour (10am approx GMT) we’ve had several customers reporting that they have been kicked out of their license key, and when they reinput it they get an error saying it isn’t valid.
Is anyone aware of a server issue that could be causing the authentication to fail?
Lightburn have confirmed they had reports from elsewhere too. A couple of customers are now reporting they are able to get back on, so it looks like it was just a small glitch that is now being sorted.
