License Management Login

I am moving from a Windows 11 laptop to a Windows 10 Desktop. I have deactivated my license on the Laptop. When I try to logon to the Lightburn website on the Desktop I get “Incorrect email or password.” Works the laptop, verified my email address and even copied/pasted the password???
Any suggestions?

you still have the original email with the license key? if yes you only have to put the key in LB running on win 10 desktop and you’re ok.

I can see it on the license portal on the laptop I’ll give that a try
