I have already purchased lightburn software through the company I bought my laser machine from. Today lightburn is saying I need to purchase. I tried to use my second activation code, but that does not work. What’s going on here?
There’s not nearly enough information to be of any use here. Send an email with your license key to support at lightburnsoftware dot com and we can have a look. Sometimes Windows Update changes enough stuff on your PC that the license system thinks it’s a new computer, but that’s my best guess.
