I requested a third computer install for my License.
Received a notice it was granted.
Then I bought for $30. a fourth license.
Just tried to use the 4th install of lightburn
Looked at my account and it does NOT show the 3rd Free license,
It does show that I oaid the $30 for an extra computer.
What do I do.
Please help.

It’s a manual process and might take a bit for them to activate it.

I applied for the 3rd extra courtesy computer activation 3 months ago (at least).
Received an approval. I did not know I needed to do anything more.
Since I have several computers I just bougth the extra klicense for $30.
Kind of need it noa. Trouble with connectivity on a machine.
I prefer not to deactivate from a pc. Can you escalate and help?

Looking into our systems, I see your request for 3rd seat was filled 27 Mar 2023. I see you placed an order to Renew your key on March 21, 2023. I do not find an order for the fourth seat. The price is the same, so that may have caused some confusion.
To order a 4th seat for your DSP key, copy your key and visit this link and paste to start the process.

I thought I bought an extra seat for $30 when I bought an upgrade (also $30).
Bought my new seat.
All is well.
