I had to format my hard drive and have lost my license. How can I obtain it again?
You still have the email we sent when you ordered, right? Cause that is a valuable asset worth protecting for just this reason, right? 
If not, send an email to support and include as much helpful info as you can provide for our sleuthing process and we will get you sorted.
If you purchased from us I’ll be able to find it from your email address. If you purchased from a reseller, you would need to send them a request to resend it to you.
