HI good afternoon, badly needed help on my renewal of license. i cant use my lightburn anymore, as i wanted to renew my lightburn 13 day before it expire. but i tried to activate it but no use. I emailed already twice. please help. i really needed the lightburn as i have so many orders line up. Please help.thank you so much! PLEASE HELP ME!
Your license never expires, only your ability to update. You can use whatever version is current when your update expires forever. You can install lightburn on up to 3 devices. You can click license management above to manage activations. If you are still experiencing difficulty, email support@lightburnsoftware.com, but I don’t believe they respond on weekends.

Hi Anne,
I reviewed the tickets you opened and see that you had some redirect entries in the Windows hosts file which blocked access to our licensing servers.
