License-Upgrade

I purchased an upgrade on my current Lightburn software so I could use it with my new fiber laser. After purchasing it, I received an email saying “Errors occurred while processing the following keys: License is not Core”. I left out my number for this post. I emailed them and I haven’t heard back. Is there another way to get ahold of them? I have a new fiber laser and would love to start using it.

Hi Jeff, if you emailed us, we’ll get back to you shortly. Support is offline during the weekends, and we’re dealing with the Monday workload in the order tickets were received.
