Hello…I am having trouble with my lighburn app in my computer…I cant use it because there is a note saying that my trial period has expired…I’m wondering why it got expired if my husband paid the subscription for 2 years? Help me please I need to use my lightburn now. What should I do??
Sometimes, updates to the operating system on your machine can cause enough changes to cause the licensing system to think that it’s a new machine. You should be able to simply re-enter your license key to reactivate the machine. If you can’t find your key, it’s available in the License Portal. If when you re-enter, it shows that your activation limit has been reached, you can deactivate that in the license portal as well.
