Can you confirm the same problem exists if you reduce power by 50%?
Also can you confirm your X belt is fully tensioned?

I believe the problem you are having is your power adapter is either the incorrect one - or is becoming faulty.
Can you confirm you are using the stock power adapter? What is the power output?
And what laser do you have?

I tightened the strap on the part where the laser module is as you said, now the problem is fixed
