LIGHTBURN 2 Where is the ROTATE option that appears top menu? I am trialling Lightburn 2. Being able to type in an angle was extremely useful. Now I cannot see it. What am I missing?

Further to my post. I create templates for use on table saws and bandsaws. This allows cuts to be made at specific angles. Often when creating laminated shapes. For instance if I need to create a octagonal shape consisting of 8 seperate pieces, I need to set an angle to 22.5. VERY EASY with the old version of LB. How do I do this in V2?

FOUND IT!! Not sure why it’s “hidden” Here is my LB 1.7 desktop bar

Here is the V2 desktop bar You have to click on the little arrow to get the ROTATE option. Not sure why it’s not in the original ribbon, there is room

Perhaps the Icon Size slider is over on the Largest end of the scale:

If you’re doing this on a laptop, the screen resolution isn’t high enough to support that icon size.

Hmmmm… OK problem solved. Not sure why it became an issue? Anway. I removed the DOCKING window option, and slid the arrow to the right, the rotate function is now visible
HIYA I am using the same computer. Old version shows up fine. V2 does not. I get what you mean though the top bar in V2 looks bigger??

Tweaking the slider only works if it’s set to smallest. Top bar functional side bar too small. I think removing the DOCKING option is the way to go, Been using LB for about 10 years now, so pretty much onto it. Not sure if I like this new version yet.? Maybe too used to the current one. I can whizz around using Short cut keys and icons. This new V2 will take some exploration by me to see if I will switch?

Something both of us missed:

Overall, I’d say V2’s UI looks different, but so does every version …

Congratulations on that! You must be the first to have worked with LightBurn, even a few years before Oz started his project.
