Hey, anybody here have trouble with there account, suddenly it’s asking me to active my account, (I bought the software a while back) I then tried to sign into my account and it says user name n
(Email address) not found.
Apparently my account has been deleted, anybody else had this problem?

I see that you also have been chatting directly with us via email to our Support team. This is best for all license related issues, as we want to avoid sharing personal information here in public. They cleared all allocations, so you should be able to re-allocate your 2 seats as you’d like.
Using the same email as you use here, you can now visit our License Management portal to adjust this in a self-serve way going forward.
