Lightburn and camera -> enraving something is not there where it should be

Hello, i’m new in the laser sector and wanted to start. I got a 10W CR-Laser Falcon from Creality and brought an extra camera (Mecpow MC5) for placing the designs better on the things i want to engrave.

When i place the design exactly on the board for example it looks good in Lightburn but when i start to engrave it it starts very offset and never where I place it.

What can I do to get better results?

It sounds like you haven’t set up your camera correctly or you are changing its position/height.

Thank you for your answer. I calibrated the camera a lot of times but it doesn’t changed anything.

How did you mount your camera? Can you show a picture?
