I just bought a Lightburn Camera and when I plugged it into the computer Lightburn couldn’t see it when I tried adding it. I looked under device manager and under the USB tab it said: “Unknown USB Device (Device descriptor request failed)”. I tried different ports and got the same message. But now it doesn’t even show up as an unknown USB device. I tried another computer and it said: “A USB device has malfunctioned exceeded the power limits of its hub port.” Not sure what to do. I suspect it is a hardware problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Not a good message. I would send it back for a replacement.
