My original camera (Cohesion3D) came with a 140° lens. I ordered a 90° to replace it last year. I’m finally getting around to making the change but after taking the lens/barrel off the camera I can not figure out how to swap the lenses. I’ve searched here and on the Cohesion3D site for info but found none. Is it as simple as the entire original lens/barrel (about 12mm long) is replaced by the new 90° lens, which is about 4mm long, or is there some way to disassemble the original barrel?
Looking at the original lens/barrel and the new shorter one it does seem like the threads are identical so I gave it a shot - removed the old lens and replaced with the shorter one, plugged in camera, and it works. So problem solved.
